PHILLIP - such a sweet boy!

Meet Phillip, a sweet and soulful hound mix who is approximately 1 year old and weighs 56#. Phillip and his sister were found abandoned and alone on a busy city street, but thankfully, they were rescued and are now safe in foster care, eagerly awaiting their forever homes. Phillip is a diamond in the rough with all the makings of a wonderful family companion for an experienced hound lover.

Ideal Home

Phillip would thrive in a home with an experienced hound lover who can provide him with the time and attention he deserves. He gets along well with his sister, but has had limited exposure to other dogs in his foster home as they are older and not thrilled with his playful nature. He can be somewhat reactive to strange dogs at the vet clinic, but he absolutely adores his humans.

Ongoing Health

Phillip has been treated for heartworm and is up to date on vaccinations. He is also neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Phillip is familiar with his crate and readily goes in when asked, never having accidents inside. While not fully house-trained, he does alert his foster when he needs to go outside. He will benefit from continued guidance and positive reinforcement from his new family.
