Dolly is a curious, funny, and queenly Beagle/Heeler mix who has fully embraced the luxurious indoor lifestyle after spending part of her life surviving on the streets. She loves soft beds, tasty treats, and investigating interesting smells. While she's still learning that walks and new experiences aren't something to fear, her playful personality peeks through more every day. You might hear the occasional beagle "song" when she has an opinion to share, and it's impossible not to smile at how expressive she can be. Dolly needs a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time, especially for a dog who had to figure life out on her own for so long. When she feels comfortable, though, she becomes wonderfully affectionate, goofy, and eager to be part of the action.
