Kirby

Meet Kirby! This adorable little guy is approximately 2 years old and around 12 pounds. While his exact breed mix is a mystery, he's a delightful blend of Maltese, Chihuahua, and possibly Pomeranian or Papillon – what's certain is that he's incredibly cute! Kirby is a happy, active, and playful pup who loves to follow his foster mom, prance around with a toy, and then snuggle up for lap time. His favorite activity is sleeping on his foster mom's lap while she works. He does well in his crate, seems to be potty trained, and enjoys his walks. Kirby's zest for running and ability to take direction suggest he'd excel in agility. He's eager to please, making him very trainable. He's an alert and spirited fellow who would thrive in a home with a yard, though an apartment or condo could also work with sufficient walks and outdoor time.

Ideal Home

Kirby would do best in a home with adults only and would make a wonderful companion for a solo individual. While he coexists with other dogs in his foster home, he can be selective, preferring small female dogs. He could be an only dog or a second dog if introduced carefully with an experienced owner.
