Vanna

Vanna is an approximately 4-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big heart, playful spirit, and loyal nature. This affectionate Velcro dog loves being close to her people, playing fetch, riding in the car, and joining everyday adventures. She has a medium energy level and enjoys both active outings and relaxing at home.

Ideal Home

Vanna has lived successfully with dog-savvy cats. She prefers to be the only dog in the home, although she gets along with dogs outside the house. She has been appropriate around young children but may be most comfortable with older or dog-savvy children who can respect her space while she warms up. She can be reserved with new people at first, then becomes affectionate and devoted once comfortable.

Vanna is respectful and non-destructive when free roaming in her foster home. She can be protective of valued resources such as food, toys, and attention, so she needs an adopter who will provide structure, consistency, and continued guidance.

Ongoing Health

Vanna is spayed and vaccinated. Her listed breed and age are estimates based on veterinary recommendations.

Training & Support

Vanna is crate trained and is continuing to build her leash skills and confidence. She is intelligent, eager to bond, and ready to keep learning in a stable home.
