Ivy Mae is a sweetheart who is two years old and a purebred Husky. Her mom is papered, and while her dad was a rescue and his papers couldn't be obtained, he was also a purebred. Ivy Mae is on the smaller side for a Husky. She typically enjoys quiet one-on-one time.

Ideal Home

Ivy Mae would do best in a home where she is the only animal. She needs space to run and is good on a leash, but tends to run off if unleashed. She's generally good with children, provided they don't bother her too much, and usually gets along with bigger dogs, though she can be scared of them. She is curious about horses.

Ongoing Health

Ivy Mae is spayed and up-to-date on parvo shots; she only needs a rabies vaccination.

Training & Support

Ivy Mae is generally good with commands but can be selective about when she listens. She can be both very energetic and very calm. Recently, she exhibited uncharacteristic aggression by attempting to nip her owner, which is being discussed with the vet.
