About Madi

Madi is a sweet 10-year-old girl who came to us as a stray from Tampa. She was initially thought to be a possible hospice dog, but after a thorough vet visit, it was determined she's simply a charming senior with no serious underlying conditions. Madi is a low-activity companion who enjoys gentle walks and relaxing in her dog bed. She's friendly with people and other dogs, making her a versatile addition to many households. She's a manageable 40 pounds and can still hop into the car, navigate stairs, and even romp in the yard on occasion.

Ideal Home

Madi would thrive in a home with a retired individual or couple looking for a quiet, low-energy canine companion. She does not have any additional medical issues beyond normal aging.

Ongoing Health

Madi has some arthritis and minimal cloudy eyes. We are currently treating a UTI, and she is scheduled for a dental cleaning on June 18th.

Training & Support

Madi is house-trained and gets along well with other dogs. She's a well-behaved girl who will appreciate the kindness and loving care of a stable home.
