Vector

Vector is an energetic and intelligent pup who would love an active companion to join him on all his adventures! He's eager to hike, run, play, and even help you get your work done before settling down by your side. He's a smart boy who loves to learn and would do well with agility or obedience training. He has a natural instinct to herd, so you might see him chasing and circling like his ancestors! Vector is sensitive and highly trainable, so a calm, firm, and consistent approach to training will be most effective. He thrives on loving companionship and will be a devoted friend.

Ideal Home

An active home that can provide at least 60-80 minutes of exercise per day, broken into 3-4 sessions. A fenced area for off-leash exercise would be a bonus.

Ongoing Health

Vector will receive a full medical assessment before leaving Cortez Rescue to ensure he is in optimal health.

Training & Support

Vector may display herding behaviors such as chasing and circling. He is sensitive and highly trainable, so positive reinforcement methods are recommended. Avoid physical force or anger during training.
