DUNCAN

Duncan is a sweet, approximately 1-year-old, 19lb bundle of joy with a heart full of love and a personality to match! He's a typical terrier mix, with a dash of Chihuahua likely making up his charming demeanor. Duncan adores his squeaky toys, loves to play, and is always up for some good petting and attention. He's a quiet and well-behaved boy who seems to be pretty well house-trained and does okay on a leash, though he could benefit from a little more training to perfect those skills.

Ideal Home

Duncan would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention and playtime. Please note that we do not adopt to families with children under the age of 8 years.

Ongoing Health

When Duncan was rescued, he tested positive for heartworms. He has completed treatment following The American Heartworm Society protocols and typically tests negative within 4 to 6 months post-treatment.

Training & Support

Duncan is generally well-behaved and appears to be mostly house-trained. He walks decently on a leash but would benefit from additional training to further hone his skills.
