Rory Right on Time TV Watching Family Girl

Rory is a 5-year-old, 57 lb husky/lab mix who is as sweet as can be! She blossoms in a safe and loving environment and has truly come into her own with her foster family. Rory is a house-trained girl who will let you know when she needs to go outside with a whine and a pleading look. She enjoys playing fetch with her toys, though she might keep them for herself as a little break! When it's time to relax, Rory is a champion chair-potato, happily curling up in her favorite armchair to watch TV and is known to let out adorable, quiet snores.

Ideal Home

Rory would thrive in a home with a yard and would love to join a family with children. She doesn't require another dog in the home to be happy, but absolutely no cats for Rory, as she has a history of trying to chase them.

Training & Support

Rory has basic leash skills and is a quick learner, picking up new things easily. She is praised for her excellent crate manners and is a "rock star" when settling in. She knows basic commands like "sit" and "lay down" and responds well to corrections.

Rory is located in Texas and can be transported to various drop-off locations nationwide, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A surcharge of $87 applies for transportation due to rising costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
