Lenny is a handsome senior boy who arrived at the shelter with nearly 100 other dogs after being rescued from a hoarding situation. After spending some time decompressing in PACC’s Animal Restoration Kennel (ARK) facility, Lenny is more than ready to find a forever home where he can receive the stability and companionship he craves! Lenny spent some time in a foster home and did great- here’s what we learned: - He’s a quiet houseguest and is well- behaved when left home alone - He slept on his own dog bed near his foster people at night - He did well with another resident dog and would occasionally enjoy a game of chase - He loves chips and other treats - He has excellent leash manners - He is loyal and sweet Here’s what Lenny’s friends at the shelter have said: “Lenny is a pleasure to take on a walk. Easy to leash, does not pull, does not react to other dogs, pays attention to his walker and sits for treats, which he takes gently. All around good boy.” “Lenny was super easy to leash and walk. Lenny takes treats gently, like the handsome gentleman he is. He was very easy to return to his kennel after his walk.” “Lenny is a very gentle 8yr old. He is great and fun. He loved splashing in the pool. He is very people oriented and also loves playing and chasing around with his kennelmate. Lenny shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup.
