Pineapple is a sweet 3-year-old, 25lb bundle of curiosity and affection! This little teddy bear loves to explore and learn about the world around her, making her the perfect adventure buddy. Pineapple is a fast learner, especially when motivated by tasty treats, and she's already showing us how smart she is by signaling when she needs to go outside. She has a unique way of "talking" with little mumbles and a charming head tilt when she's intrigued. Her soft, fluffy coat and unique black Chow Chow tongue are just extra charms to her already captivating personality.
Ideal Home
Pineapple would do well in a variety of homes, either as an only pet or with other dogs. She's adaptable and could thrive in an apartment with access to a backyard or outdoor space, or in a moderate to active household where she can enjoy plenty of outdoor time. An adopter who loves the outdoors and adventuring would be a perfect match, as she thrives in parks and backyards, always eager to sniff and explore. A patient adopter who understands she's still learning the ropes of being a pet would be ideal.

Training & Support
Pineapple is working on crate training and refining her leash skills. She can be a bit enthusiastic on walks, pulling slightly, but she's easily managed at 25lbs. We're using positive reinforcement with small treats when she checks in, which is proving effective. She's very food-motivated, making training a rewarding experience. She's already learning to ask to go outside, which is fantastic progress!
