Crawford

Crawford is a sweet senior boy with a heart full of love to give. After a wonderful six years with his previous family, he's found himself back in a shelter through no fault of his own. He's a bit confused about why he's here, but he's a resilient dog who just wants a place to belong again. Crawford enjoys his walks and is a good dog underneath his confusion. He was rescued from the Trumbull County Pound and has been with The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project before.

Ideal Home

Crawford would thrive in a peaceful, quiet home where he can be your sole companion. He prefers to be the only pet in the household.

Ongoing Health

Crawford has lifelong medical needs and requires daily medication due to a major surgery he underwent in the past. He sometimes struggles with potty training and has been trained to use pee pads as he may not always make it outside in time.

Training & Support

Crawford can be a bit vocal when he's confused or unsure about his surroundings, as he was on his first day in the kennel. Giving him time, patience, and a calm environment will help him settle in.
