Three years is far too long for a good dog to wait. Roscoe is still hoping someone finally chooses him.
Roscoe is a handsome, loyal boy who has spent the last three years waiting for a chance at a real home. Found abandoned and scared, he was given a second chance by someone who patiently earned his trust and brought him to safety. Since then, he’s been living in boarding while waiting for the right person to see his potential. Roscoe was born around November 2021 and weighs about 77 pounds. Once Roscoe trusts you, he is a total cuddle bug who loves belly rubs and affection. He enjoys playing with squeaky toys, running around with his favorite ball, and engaging in a good game of fetch. Roscoe will need a patient, experienced adopter who can help him decompress and continue building confidence. He can be nervous with new people at first and needs time to warm up, but with consistency and reassurance he learns quickly and wants to please his handler. Despite everything he has been through, Roscoe still has so much love to give. With the right person willing to invest a little patience, he has the potential to become an incredibly loyal companion. After three years waiting, Roscoe deserves a couch, a routine, and someone who will finally call him family.
