Meet Gus! This happy and affectionate young hound mix is a true testament to resilience. He was found as a stray with a deeply embedded collar, and after receiving veterinary care for his wounds, he spent time recuperating in a foster home before arriving at our kennels. While he will likely have some scarring, it hasn't dimmed his bright spirit one bit! Gus is a joy to be around, friendly with volunteers, and enjoys making new doggy friends. He is current on all his vaccines and preventatives, heartworm negative, microchipped, and neutered, and is eagerly awaiting his forever family.
