Cowboy

Cowboy is a 2-year-old husky mix who has overcome immense hardship. He was found abandoned and severely injured, having been used as a bait dog. Despite his traumatic past, Cowboy is a survivor who is now safe, neutered, vaccinated, and receiving medical care. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and is on the path to recovery. Cowboy can be cautious with other dogs and may do best as an only pet. He is also slow to warm up to men, which is understandable given his history. He deserves a loving and secure home where he can finally feel safe and cherished.
