Goyito is a charming Schnauzer mix, approximately 3–4 years old and weighing around 12 lbs. He's a small dog with a big heart, overflowing with cheerfulness, playfulness, and affection. Goyito is always ready for kisses and cuddles, and his sweet personality truly shines once he feels comfortable. He was sadly abandoned by a previous family and faced hardship on the streets, even surviving being hit by a car. Despite his past, Goyito's joyful spirit and capacity for love remain unbroken. He is now safe, obedient, and eager to find a family who will cherish him forever.

Training & Support
Goyito is not house-trained, which is common for rescued dogs. He may also be a bit nervous and bark at new people initially, but he warms up quickly. Patience and understanding are crucial for his adjustment period. He is described as obedient and intelligent, and with the right guidance and training, he will surely thrive.

Applications start by contacting us through Wags. The adoption process includes:
- Filling out an adoption form.
- Submitting photos/videos of your home to ensure it's a safe environment.
- A potential video call and introduction to the pet.
- Reference checks.
- Signing an adoption contract and paying the adoption fee, which covers vet care, vaccinations, microchipping, and more.
Transporation
Goyito is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast on a cross-country trip if adopted. Transportation is door-to-door and is scheduled for 3-4 trips per year. A partner transport company will bring the pets from Mexico to Texas (for US adoptions) or to the US-Canada border (for Canadian adoptions). Adopters will receive real-time updates via a private Facebook Messenger group, and the transport team will conduct a final home review upon delivery. The transport fee is a one-time charge of $400 USD.
