Meet Eevee and Ellie!
Eevee is a devoted thirteen-year-old Pomeranian/Papillon mix and Ellie is a sixteen-year-old German Shepherd mix. These two senior girls are a beautiful study in loyalty, each complementing the other in the sweetest ways!
Eevee, a petite golden girl weighing 13 pounds, is confident, friendly, and wonderfully expressive. She knows sit, turn around, up, and down, and she happily comes when called. As Ellie’s self-appointed guardian, she keeps a watchful eye on her best friend and will bark if large, energetic dogs rush in too quickly. She thrives with gentle reassurance and positive reinforcement, and she loves being close to her people. Ellie, a graceful 33-pound black beauty with possible hound traits, is softer in spirit and takes a little time to warm up. Once she trusts you, she becomes deeply affectionate, leaning in quietly for connection. She enjoys long, sniff-filled walks, beach outings, and relaxing car rides as long as Eevee is nearby. They share beds, meals of Freshpet, and a love of cozy afternoons after outdoor adventures.

These two would thrive in a caring environment that offers patience, structure, and togetherness. They are compatible with gentle children and do best in a peaceful environment without raised voices.
Ongoing Health
Eevee has a collapsed trachea and sensitive skin that requires mindful care, along with dental chews and monitoring for possible extractions. Ellie’s eyes are growing cloudy with age, and she may have some hearing decline. A benign lump is monitored by her veterinarian. Both girls are spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Eevee is a well-behaved girl and responds well to positive reinforcement. Ellie takes a little time to warm up but becomes deeply affectionate once she trusts you.

Transporation
Eevee and Ellie are currently in Chula Vista, CA, and will remain with their current family until a suitable new home is found for them.
