MIDAS

Meet Midas, a 7-year-old neutered German Shepherd mix with a heart full of affection and a love for close companionship. Midas joined us because his previous family had to move to an apartment and couldn't bring him along. He's a friendly guy who believes personal space is merely a suggestion, always ready to lean in for pets and bestow enthusiastic chin kisses. At around 70 pounds, he's convinced he's a lap dog and loves to snuggle up. Midas also comes with some great manners; he knows "sit" and "shake," takes treats gently, and walks nicely on a leash. He enjoys leisurely strolls and exploring the world at a comfortable pace, rather than bursting into zoomies. Midas is also a big fan of a good scratch on his rear end!

Ideal Home

Midas would thrive in a home where he can be close to his humans. His previous owners mentioned he can jump a small chain-link fence, so a securely fenced yard or supervised outdoor time is recommended to ensure his safety. He would also appreciate proper introductions and guidance when meeting other dogs.
