Snickers, Twizzler, Hershey

Meet Hershey, Twizzler, and Snickers! These three sweet sisters are looking for a patient and loving home where they can continue to blossom. They are estimated to be between 2 to 4 years old. They all came to us from a hoarding situation and had very little human interaction, so they are considered "special needs" and will require extra time and understanding to learn to trust. While they have made wonderful progress with their foster families, they are still learning to accept petting and being picked up. They all get along well with dogs and cats.

Ideal Home

A home that understands and can provide the patience and consistency needed for shy dogs to build confidence. A quiet environment with understanding humans would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

All three girls are spayed, microchipped, and up to date on their vaccinations.

Training & Support

These girls require owners experienced with socializing shy dogs. They are still learning to trust and accept human interaction, so consistent, gentle encouragement is key. They are house-trained.

Transportation

Hershey is being fostered in Picayune, MS. Twizzler and Snickers are being fostered in Poplarville, MS. Our pets are placed in foster homes in Louisiana and Mississippi. If you are interested in an animal, please contact us to make a mutually convenient appointment.
