Meet Blondie! This adorable, sweet, and snuggly one-year-old female Chihuahua is a real sweetheart. Weighing in at about 7 pounds, she's a tiny package of pure joy. Blondie came to us as a stray and is currently settling into her foster home, where we're learning all about her wonderful personality. The Director even called her the "Nicest Chi I have ever met!" She's friendly with everyone, including dogs, cats, and people of all ages.
