Brunson - The Big Hearted

Meet Brunson, a 2-year-old, 25-pound bundle of love with a heart as big as his spirit! Brunson's journey began sadly when he was abandoned behind a government building in Puerto Rico. For over a month, he navigated a tough environment, trying to make friends with other dogs despite facing repeated attacks. Yet, even through these hardships, Brunson's kind nature shone through; he never lost his belief in kindness and his eagerness for affection. When rescuers found him, he was still hopeful and ready to trust.

Now, in foster care in Puerto Rico, Brunson has truly blossomed. He's the most affectionate and sweetest companion, happiest when snuggled up with his favorite people. He's a wonderfully laid-back and sleepy boy who prefers cozy couch cuddles over any kind of mischief. Brunson is a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets, and he gets along famously with children, cats, and other dogs. His foster family describes him as a dog who simply wants to love and be loved. He truly deserves a family that will cherish him and never leave him behind again.
