Hi, I'm Lincoln! I came to Mississauga Animal Services as an owner surrender alongside my sister, Charlotte. She's already found her forever family, and now it's my turn to find a place where I can truly settle in and be part of the family. I'm a 1-year-old Labradoodle, and I'm all set for my next adventure! I'm a pretty easygoing guy who appreciates the simple things in life. Give me a comfy spot to relax, some fresh air, and my favourite people nearby, and I'm a happy boy. I love spending time outside just hanging out with my humans, taking in the sights and smells, and handing out plenty of kisses along the way.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home with dog-savvy children who can understand my playful moments and help me continue building my confidence. I haven't been cat tested, so my friends at the shelter aren't sure how I'd feel about feline roommates. What I'm really hoping for is a family that will include me in their everyday moments whether that's relaxing in the backyard, going for walks, or simply enjoying a quiet evening together.

Ongoing Health

I've been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and fully vaccinated with Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.

Training & Support

I walk nicely on leash, although I can get a little excited during my first walk of the day and may pull a bit while I burn off that initial burst of energy. Once I settle in, I'm happy to enjoy the adventure by your side. I've done well meeting other dogs here at the shelter, but I'm not necessarily looking for a built-in best friend. I tend to enjoy doing my own thing and spending time with my people most of all.
