Meet Spot, an 8-month-old Labrador Retriever mix who is as charming as he is playful! He's neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to bring boundless joy to his new home. Spot is an outgoing and curious pup who loves an adventure, but he's also a master of the cuddle session after a long day of fun.

Ideal Home

Spot would thrive in an active home that enjoys the outdoors with plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes, and mental enrichment. A backyard would be a wonderful bonus for him to run and play freely. He enjoys playing with his feline friends, so a dog-savvy cat would be a great companion. He also does best with other dogs his size or larger, preferably with a similar energy level.

Training & Support

Spot is housebroken and crate-trained. While he can be left to roam freely without issue, he can be a bit of a toy hog, so he is fed separately. He is working on his leash manners as he can pull when excited by other dogs and may be jumpy when meeting new people due to his enthusiasm. Continued training, especially with a gentle leader, and slow introductions will be beneficial for him.

Transporation

Spot is currently located with his foster family. He can be transported to approved adopters every few weeks once his adoption is finalized.
