Hello there! My name is Al Pupchino! I'm a handsome and intelligent 12-week-old Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound mix pup with a curious mind, a playful spirit, and a whole lot of love to give! I currently weigh about 20 pounds, but I'm still growing. I have those adorable semi-short, sturdy little legs, and I'll likely grow into a midsize-to-large pup with a unique, charming low-rider build. I'm a smart and observant little guy who loves to take in everything happening around me. I'm already doing fantastic learning how to walk on a leash, and I love going for walks and exploring the world with my people. I'm curious, eager to learn, and always ready for my next adventure! When it's playtime, I'm all puppy! I love wrestling and playing with my brothers and sisters, chasing after toys, and having fun with my favorite chewy and squeaky toys. There's never a dull moment when I'm around! Even with my playful side, I have a very loving personality. I want to be with my people as much as possible and would love nothing more than to have a family who includes me in all of life's adventures. I do great with kids and the elderly, and I enjoy making friends with everyone I meet. I'm also a great little traveler and do well on car rides. Whether it's a trip around town, a walk through the woods, or a new adventure with my family, I'd love to be your partner in crime. I'm still a puppy, so I have lots to learn, but I'm a fantastic listener, eager to please, and very motivated by yummy treats. With patience, consistency, and positive training, I'm going to grow into an amazing companion. My intelligence, focus, and natural curiosity would even make me a wonderful working partner, hiking buddy, or possibly a hunting companion for the right family. Ongoing Health
All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home.
Training & Support
I'm still a puppy, so I have lots to learn, but I'm a fantastic listener, eager to please, and very motivated by yummy treats. With patience, consistency, and positive training, I'm going to grow into an amazing companion.
