Zazoo is pure joy in dog form! This young pup comes bounding into your life with a wagging tail, a happy heart, and likely a favorite toy in his mouth. He has a special talent for making you feel like his best friend within minutes, showering you with enthusiastic kisses and leaning in for affection like an old pal. Zazoo approaches life with the excitement of a child in a toy store, and he's obsessed with toys of all kinds – stuffies, tennis balls, and tug toys are his absolute favorites! He'll proudly parade his toys around, toss them for himself, or engage his doggy friends in a playful game of tug.
Ideal Home
Zazoo would thrive in an active family that wants a dog involved in everything, from backyard zoomies to weekend adventures and cozy movie nights. He's great with kids and his eager, happy presence makes him a fun family companion. However, because he's a big, goofy puppy who sometimes forgets his own excitement, we recommend households with older children who can help him continue polishing his manners. He was respectful and sweet with a house cat, but due to his playful and curious nature, a dog-savvy cat and another dog in the home to keep him entertained would be ideal. If you have a kitty and are smitten with Zazoo, we can arrange a kitty sleepover to be extra safe!

Zazoo is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. This ensures all pets travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real-time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
