Hippo

Hi there! My name is Hippo, and while I might have a big name, I'm just a little pup with a heart full of love! My foster family gave me this name because I sure do love my meals! They say I'm a happy, healthy little fluffball.

Life in my foster home is pretty great. I spend my days playing with my foster siblings, especially one of my bigger, crazier puppy friends – we have a blast! After all that fun, I love to snuggle up for naps. Sleep, play, eat, repeat – that's the life! I'm even a champion sleeper, snoozing through the entire night without any accidents. My favorite spot? Right beside you in bed, of course! I'm also working on my potty training and doing a pretty good job, with just an occasional "whoops," which my foster family says is totally normal.

Exploring the backyard with my doggy friends is an adventure I look forward to every day. So many new smells to discover and toys to chase! Once we're back inside, a whole toy box awaits me, and I get to pick my favorite. I'm a smart cookie too! I already know how to "sit" and I'm quickly learning "down." My foster family says I'm a fast learner, so I'll have those tricks mastered in no time. I'm also a good listener. I watch the horses and the goat from a safe distance and wait patiently when gates are opened and closed.

My foster family tells me I'm beautiful all the time, and I just love hearing it while I'm snuggled up with them!
