Rubin is a cute, happy-go-lucky, playful, and smart pup who arrived at the shelter on June 26, 2026. He sits nicely when instructed and walks well on a leash, making him a great companion for walks or runs. Rubin is eagerly awaiting his forever family!

Ideal Home

Rubin would thrive in a home that can offer him an active lifestyle. As he arrived as a lost animal, we do not know how he may be with children or other pets, or if he is house-trained.

Ongoing Health

Rubin is up-to-date on his vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. He will be neutered soon and microchipped upon adoption.

Training & Support

Rubin already knows how to sit nicely and walks well on a leash. If he came in as a lost animal, we cannot confirm his house-training status. You can bring your current pet to the shelter for a meet-and-greet with Rubin.

Rubin is located at Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr., Marietta, GA 30008. Shelter hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays and holidays. Transport to other locations may be available.
