At a glance
A little about them
Millie is a tiny, affectionate lap dog who loves curling up beside her people. At approximately 2–3 years old and 10 pounds, she was found roaming the streets of Houston, Texas, and is now enjoying life as a pampered cuddle companion. She is happiest close to her people, especially on a warm lap, and would be a wonderful match for someone who works from home, is retired, or enjoys plenty of companionship.
Ideal Home
Millie does well with other dogs and is comfortable peacefully coexisting with cats. She appears comfortable around children, though a home with older, respectful children and a calm environment would be the best fit while she continues building confidence.
Ongoing Health
Millie is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea and tick prevention. A health certificate will be provided before transport.
Training & Support
Millie walks well on leash. She will go into her crate but is still adjusting to spending time there and occasionally has overnight accidents. She is making good progress with house training but is not yet fully trained; a consistent routine and patience will help her continue improving.
