Jetta is an absolute love bug with the person she trusts. She is a shadow and just wants to be where she can see you. She gives kisses every day as long as you are sitting down. She is super excited to see you when you get home, and there is no better welcome than her happy face. Jetta loves food and treats and knows that she will usually get a bit of whatever you're cooking. She sleeps every night in her dog bed next to the foster’s bed and will give a few licks in the morning to say good morning. In many ways, she has been a very easy foster to have at home. She is housebroken and crate-trained. She sleeps through the night. Jetta is calm in the house but then loves to turn on some energy outside with the dogs. She loves the occasional chew toy.
Jetta absolutely loves other dogs. She will run like the wind, jump, and play and wrestle with her Great Pyrenees friend, Yeti, and the other two dogs in her foster home. Even though she is safe and loved in her foster home, she doesn't trust easily.
Ideal Home
Jetta would do best in a quiet adult-only home without a lot of visitors. She will need her people home a lot so that she can bond with them like she has with her foster mom. A friendly dog buddy she can play with and learn from is a must. She will also need a fenced yard in her new home because taking walks is scary for her and she loves nothing more than zoomies around the yard.
