Susy

Susy is a delightful 1-year-old Rottweiler, weighing around 64 pounds, who perfectly blends intelligence, affection, and a zest for fun! She's a smart cookie who already knows cues like "sit" and "down," and may even know "paw," always eager to show off her cleverness. Susy absolutely adores a good game of fetch with tennis balls and expresses her playful spirit with adorable play bows. When she's not busy being a furry comedian, she's an affectionate sweetheart who loves to snuggle and stay close to her favorite humans. She's even shown she can play gently with other dogs in a playgroup!

Ideal Home

Susy would be a wonderful companion for an active person or family. She could do well with another appropriately matched dog, or she would also be happy as the sole canine companion, as long as she has opportunities to socialize with dog friends outside the home.

Training & Support

Susy is an enthusiastic walking companion. She might pull a little on leash due to puppy-like excitement and has shown interest in squirrels. However, she's actively working on her leash manners and is easily redirected with treats, so with a little patience and positive reinforcement, she'll be a pro walker in no time!
