Meet Wilbur! This adorable 2-year-old Catahoula mix is a true sweetheart with a personality as captivating as his pink nose. Wilbur enjoys the company of other dogs after slow and proper introductions, and he's making great strides in learning his household manners. He has a wonderfully calm and gentle demeanor, but don't let that fool you – he's also playful and active! Wilbur is great at matching energy levels and is happy to be by your side for all of life's adventures. He might be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and blossoms into a lovable goofball. Wilbur is a smart cookie and is motivated by food, which will be a huge asset in his training journey! He's a delightful, intelligent, and fun-loving boy who is incredibly eager to find his forever home. We've promised Wilbur that the rest of his life will be the best of his life, and we hope you can make that promise come true for him!

Ideal Home

Wilbur enjoys the company of other dogs and walks well on a leash. He is a shy boy at first but warms up quickly.

Wilbur is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Wilbur is hard at work learning his household manners and is smart and food motivated, which will be a big help with training.

Transportation

Wilbur is located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
