Marley

Marley is a gorgeous girl who arrived to us after being on the run as a stray for 3.5 months. She has been decompressing and getting all of the love with our volunteers. Sadly, she was hit by a car when she was on the run, and she has a broken hip that is being monitored by our vet. Marley is your typical Shiba Inu – stubborn and quirky. She takes some time to warm up to new people, but once she does, she is your best friend! Marley loves snacks, especially "people food."

Ideal Home

Marley would do best in a calm and quiet home with no other dogs. Her adopter should have Shiba Inu experience.

Ongoing Health

Marley has a broken hip that is being monitored by our vet.

Training & Support

Marley is your typical Shiba Inu and can be stubborn. She takes time to warm up to new people.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Marley will be available by appointment only with approved applications.
• Please be aware that we are all volunteers and we do not pre-approve applications.
• We are open every Saturday to the public from 10 AM to 2 PM to meet our dogs. Dog adoptions will not take place during this time, and applications will only be taken on our available dogs that day.
• Please do not bring your own dogs during our Saturday open hours.
• If you are unable to attend our Saturday open hours, please email dogadoptions@thesanctuarypa.org.
