River

Meet River, a sweet girl estimated to be 1-2 years old. River and her best friend Flora were rescued after being trapped in the LA River channel for over 48 hours. Exhausted and struggling to stay on their feet, they were brought to safety by AZ Mastiff Rescue. Both River and Flora have undergone successful cherry eye surgeries and are now ready to find their forever home together. These two are incredibly bonded; they eat, sleep, play, and love each other as a true pair. River is described as a quiet, calm, mellow couch potato who, along with Flora, simply wants a soft place to land and a family to cherish them.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a home that is open to keeping both River and Flora together.

Ongoing Health

River and Flora have both had successful cherry eye surgeries.

Training & Support

River and Flora are house-trained and have nice house manners. They are also dog-friendly.
