Ideal Home

Sam would do best in a home where he can receive plenty of attention and exercise. He enjoys playing fetch and going for walks, so an active family would be a perfect match.

Ongoing Health

All animals at Pet Central are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six months of age are heartworm tested.

Training & Support

Sam is a smart dog and eager to please. With consistent training and positive reinforcement, he will quickly learn the ropes and become a well-behaved member of your family.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days.
• An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet, and determine the suitability of a match.
• After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system.
• The adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location.

Transporation

Sam is currently located at Pet Central Helps! We are located at Suite 720, Crossroads Center, 360 Wylie Drive. We can also arrange for adoptions at PetSmart - Bloomington, IL (1606 E. Empire St.) or the Cat's Meow Cafe (507 N. Hershey Rd). Please inquire about transport availability.
