Meet Violet! This sweet and loyal girl is about 1.5 years old and is ready to shower her forever family with affection. Violet has an incredible story; she was found roaming the streets of Houston, TX, after experiencing a very difficult situation, yet she still emerged with a trusting and loving nature. She's a world-class cuddler who will army crawl across any surface to reach you for pets, and her tongue is often sticking out in a happy display.

Ideal Home

Violet would thrive in a home that can continue to build her confidence through positive training. She gets a lot of confidence from other dogs, so a canine companion of any size would be a wonderful addition to her new family. While she is kid-friendly, she can be a little scared of loud noises, so a home with calmer children would be ideal.

Violet is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Violet is fully potty trained and walks great on a leash. She already knows "sit" and is making excellent progress with place and crate training. She is terrified of squeaky toys, but absolutely loves playing with the hose and enjoying a good game of tug!
