Looking for a no-fuss, all-fun canine companion? Say hello to Daisy, a 7-year-old, 65-pound cattle dog mix who's as easy-going as they come. She's the kind of dog who'll make you wonder how you ever got through life without her wagging tail and knowing glances. Daisy is the epitome of low maintenance. She's smart, independent, and has a mid-level energy that perfectly suits both leisurely strolls and lazy afternoons. No need for marathon runs or endless games of fetch—though she's not opposed to a good time if you are. Think of her as the reliable friend who's always up for whatever but doesn't demand your constant attention. She's happy being with you, soaking up some affection, but she's not the clingy type. Personal space? She gets it. Surrendered as an older gal, Daisy's odds might've been stacked against her, but she's taken it all in stride. In our care, she's become a volunteer favorite—a real hoot who brings a smile to everyone's face. She's great with people of all ages and wouldn't mind being the solo pet in your home, happily soaking up all the love and attention. Other dogs are fine by her too; she's quite the adaptable lady.
