Athena- Project Homebound

Athena is a sweet, medium-sized girl who loves to be by your side! She enjoys gentle pets and tasty treats, and once she's comfortable, she's a super companion. Athena minds well and genuinely likes to please her people. She previously demonstrated a tendency to jump fences when excited by other dogs, but with time and comfort, she has learned to calmly greet canine neighbors at the fence and then go about her business. She has even shown she can be left unsupervised in an interaction pen during cleaning. While she may still need to be an indoor dog who is supervised when outdoors, she's not choosing to jump fences as much anymore. Athena is easy on a leash and would likely enjoy spending her evenings relaxing inside with her humans after her daily walks.
