Meet Dozer! This sweet and independent pup is looking for his forever family. Dozer enjoys playtime with his siblings but is just as happy doing his own thing. He has plenty of puppy energy when playing, but he's also content to relax and take it easy, making him a great fit for a moderate to lower-energy home. Dozer is curious, playful, and has been raised around children and does well with kids. His laid-back personality may make him especially well-suited for a home with older children who appreciate his more relaxed style. He enjoys toys, gets along well with other puppies, and would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home to keep him company.
Ideal Home
Dozer would thrive in a home that appreciates his more relaxed style. Given his needs as a young puppy, a home where someone is present more than they are away is ideal. If you work outside the home for longer than 4 hours, please explain who will be available to spend time with Dozer during that time.
Ongoing Health
Dozer is a young puppy and will need adopters committed to his basic training and care. Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters will be responsible for having him altered when age-appropriate. A portion of the adoption donation will be refunded after proof of future spay/neuter is provided.
Training & Support
Like any young puppy, Dozer is still learning the ropes. He is working on potty training and stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised. He will need a family committed to teaching him all the basics as he grows.
