Drake - Loves men

Drake is a resilient American Bulldog / Pit Bull Terrier Mix who is 3 years old and weighs 88 pounds. He has a heartwarming story of survival; he was found outside in freezing temperatures, significantly underweight, yet he still managed to trust people, especially men. After receiving the care and time he needed to decompress, gain weight, and feel safe, Drake is now ready for his forever home.

Ideal Home

Drake would thrive in a home with a man, as he has a special bond with them. He is also dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and can live with children 10 and older.

Ongoing Health

Drake is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and is heartworm negative. He is currently on heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Drake is crate-trained and house-trained. He has already overcome so much and needs a patient and loving home to show him what a safe and secure life feels like.
