Swiss enjoys the company of other dogs, but his interactions with cats and children of any age are currently unknown.

• We do not adopt on a first-come, first-serve basis. We carefully consider the best match between a dog and a family, though we will factor in application order for equally suitable matches.
• Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $500, which covers spaying, vaccinations, heartworm testing, preventatives during his time with us, deworming, and microchipping. It also helps cover any boarding or transport fees incurred in his rescue.

Swiss is located at Lighthouse Animal Shelter in New Bedford, MA. We can discuss transport options once your application is approved.
