Meet Skippy!

Skippy is a handsome Husky/Carolina Dog mix, born on January 23, 2026, and currently weighing around 30 pounds. This sweet boy has come a long way and is ready to find a family that will continue helping him build confidence and enjoy all the adventures puppyhood has to offer. Skippy can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his fun and affectionate personality starts to shine. He loves treats, enjoys playing with rope toys, and is always up for exploring the world around him. Whether he's out on a walk, playing with friends, or soaking up belly rubs, Skippy is happiest when he's spending time with people he trusts. He gets along well with other dogs and has lived around cats. He has done well in his foster home and continues to gain confidence as he experiences new things.

Training & Support

Skippy is house trained, crate trained, and already knows "sit" and "down." He is very food motivated, which makes him eager to learn and a great candidate for continued training. Like any young puppy, he's still working on some manners and occasionally gets excited, but he's making excellent progress.
