Ivy is a sweet senior dog who, despite some medical challenges, is doing her very best. Her recheck bloodwork shows improvement in anemia, but her leukocytosis is worsening despite antibiotics, which is concerning for an underlying condition that needs further investigation.

Ivy needs a safe and compassionate placement where she can receive immediate veterinary evaluation, advanced diagnostics, and treatment.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is a geriatric dog with some ongoing health concerns that require further diagnostics, including a CBC with pathology review and an abdominal and thoracic ultrasound. Due to the complexity and progression of her condition, she is being placed for emergency rescue and is at risk for euthanasia due to the level of medical care required.
