Meet Milo — a smart, loyal gentleman ready for his second chance!

Milo is a 6-year-old male Heeler mix with striking coloring and the kind of presence that lets you know he’s been a well-loved family dog. He came to us after being relinquished to animal control, and when his time was up and he was at risk of euthanasia, we stepped in to give this incredible boy the chance he deserved. Milo truly loves everyone he meets, but we wouldn’t recommend a home with very young children. He would do best with older kids or adults who appreciate a dog that’s interactive, intelligent, and ready to be part of daily life. Milo is proof that great dogs sometimes just need a second chance. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who already knows the ropes and has a heart full of love to give, Milo is ready to be your best friend!

Ongoing Health

Milo is age-appropriately vetted, including being neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and receiving broad-spectrum deworming and flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Milo knows commands and tricks such as sit, stay/lay down, back, and chase your tail. He is also leash trained and house trained.
