Meet Oakley! This handsome 68lb Terrier/Pitbull mix, born around December 16, 2021, is ready to be your shadow. Oakley is incredibly smart and independent, already knowing "sit" and "get on your bed." He absolutely adores his walks, enjoying 3-4 outings a day and is a pro at leash manners. While Oakley is generally good with other dogs, he'd likely be happiest as the only canine in the home, as he does have a strong prey drive for cats and squirrels. He's a true cuddle bug who just wants to be by your side. Oakley has overcome a lot, having been found as a stray in rough conditions, emaciated with a severely injured ear. Despite his past, he greets everyone with the sweetest demeanor and happy tail wags, a testament to his resilient and loving spirit.
Ideal Home
Oakley would thrive in a home where he can be your constant companion. He would prefer to be the only dog and is not suitable for a home with cats or small animals due to his strong instinct to chase.
