Meet Aries, a passionate, loving, energetic, and fiercely devoted black lab mix who truly lives up to her name! At nearly 5 years old and just over 50 pounds, Aries is the perfect combination of playful fun and cuddle bug, with a personality that's impossible not to love. She's a certified kissing bandit who firmly believes that personal space is overrated and will happily follow you around as your loyal sidekick, even wanting to snuggle under the covers at bedtime. Aries loves deeply and isn't shy about showing it. Her love for home life is especially meaningful given her past, where she was neglected and left outside, never taken on walks or allowed indoors. Now that she's experienced comfort, companionship, and kindness, it's clear just how much she appreciates it and doesn't take the good life for granted.
Ideal Home
Aries would thrive in a home where she can soak up all the attention for herself, making her an ideal candidate for an only-dog household. A fenced yard would be a huge bonus so she can safely stretch her legs and enjoy playtime. Given her strong interest in chasing small critters, a kitty-free home would be best.
Ongoing Health
All of our dogs are vetted by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.
Training & Support
Aries is house trained, crate trained, knows how to sit, and uses a doggie door like a pro. She enjoys her daily walks and is always up for a game of fetch or backyard playtime. She's still working on perfecting her leash manners, but she's eager to learn.

Transporation
Aries is currently in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. For out-of-town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. The adoption fee includes transport to the city on this listing, with transports running every 2-3 weeks. We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.
