Buddy Blue Eye is a truly one-of-a-kind dog with a look that's straight out of a cartoon! He's a happy-go-lucky pup, and despite a tough start where he was rescued from a situation of neglect and starvation, he's ready to find his forever home. He weighed only 30 pounds when he was saved and has since grown to a healthy 50 pounds.
