He seems to do best with low to medium energy female dogs who give him space to warm up. He was curious but respectful towards the resident cat and may be able to share his home with a confident, dog-savvy feline with proper introductions. Because Billy can occasionally get a little vocal when he's ready to be out and about, a home environment rather than apartment living would suit him best.
