Hi, I'm Timmy! I'm a charming boy of about 2 years old, neutered, fully vaccinated, and housebroken, and I'm ready to find my forever family. My foster parents say I'm a very good boy, and I have to agree! I absolutely adore being close to my people, soaking up praise, and hearing "good boy" repeatedly. I'm sweet, affectionate, and my favorite activity is showering my humans with love. Whether we're snuggling on the couch, me following you from room to room, or me gazing at you with my big, hopeful eyes, I aim to make you feel cherished. I'm also crate-trained and happily settle into my crate when my humans are away or at bedtime. I get along well with older children.
Ideal Home
I can be a little shy and easily startled, and as a former stray, I'm still learning that the world is a safe place. For this reason, a home with very young children might not be the best fit for me. I would thrive with patient, kind people who can help me continue to build my confidence. Because I get quite jealous when other dogs in the home receive attention from my people, I believe it's best for me to be the only dog in the household.
Ongoing Health
My foster family suspects I may have a chicken allergy. We are still determining the specifics, but I seem to be doing better when chicken is not included in my diet. This is a relatively easy dietary adjustment, and I wanted to share this information upfront as I believe honesty is key in any relationship.
Training & Support
I'm a very good boy who is already housebroken and crate-trained! I just need a little extra patience and understanding as I continue to gain confidence in the world.
