Meet Scout, also known as "Scoutie Pie"! This adorable 45 lb German Shepherd Dog mix has the cutest floppy ears and a heart full of unconditional love. Scout can be a little shy when you first meet him, but once he warms up, he's your best friend. He loves to zoom around with his foster siblings, both the two-legged and four-legged kind, and is also a champion cuddler on the couch. Scout was rescued from a city shelter where he was facing euthanasia due to overcrowding, despite being a happy and healthy pup. Now, he's ready to find his forever home and share his sweet nature with his new family.

Scout would thrive in a home where he can have plenty of playtime and cuddle time. He's already proven to be great with kids and other dogs.

Transporation

Scout is located in Houston, Texas. Transport to your location is included in the adoption fee, with pickup locations potentially varying in nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles. You'll be able to track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates.
