But don't let his energy fool you; King is also sweet, quiet, and gentle, making him a well-rounded canine companion. He's a smart boy with good common sense, responding well to commands and is not a big barker, though he will alert you to anything unusual. While not overly affectionate, his gentle face rubs are sure to melt your heart.

Ideal Home

King would thrive in an active home that can provide him with plenty of exercise and enrichment. He's a good fit for a family with people and other dogs, but his compatibility with cats is unknown.

Ongoing Health

King is fully functioning and has no health issues that impact his life, despite having physical scars from a past incident where he was found injured.

Training & Support

King is house-trained, crate-trained, and signals when he needs to go outside. He doesn't show signs of storm or separation anxiety. While he's generally well-behaved, he has been known to chew plastic water bowls, so metal bowls are recommended.
